 Shipping and Delivery
At this time, VG CREATIVES LLC. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, VG CREATIVES LLC. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

Shipping Policy: Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy: Shipment processing time; All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless confirmed by us.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

UPS Ground Delivery in 1-5 business days (based on distance to destination)

UPS Second Day Air Delivery in 2 business days (typically by end of day)

UPS Three-Day Select Delivery in 3 business days (by end of day)

UPS Next Day Air Delivery by next business day (typically by 10:30 a.m.)

UPS Next Day Air Saver Delivery by next business day (typically by 3:00 p.m.)* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the pandemic and carrier Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses VGCreatives.com and VG Creatives, LLC (the company) ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
UPS Worldwide Express = Delivery in 1-3 business days (by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon)

UPS Worldwide Expedited = Delivery in 2-5 business days (by end of day)

UPS Saver Delivery in 1-3 business days (by end of day) 

UPS Standard (Ground)Delivery day defined by date scheduled (by end of day)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes: VGCreatives.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: VGCreatives.com and VG Creatives, LLC (the company) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. VG CREATIVES LLC. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Sales Tax
VG CREATIVES LLC. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
