 Return Policy
Our 90 day Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. While we are sorry to hear you may need to return your item(s), we want every customer to have the best experience with our products. If we somehow failed to provide you with a product you are not satisfied with, please allow us to correct it prior to returning the item(s) using the contact us page describing how we have not met your expectations.  VG Creatives, LLC and VGcreatives.com offer a full 90 day money return window for items purchased which do not meet customers’ expectations. We want you to have the time and options to fully and thoroughly enjoy the use of your product for a full determination and evaluation of the product(s).
If for any reason, you are not satisfied within the first 90 days of receiving a product from VG Creatives, LLC or VGcreatives.com or any of its marketplace selling accounts, we will refund the  purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. 

To receive a refund, you MUST request and receive an RMA number per the following: >Contact us at www.VGcreatives.com/contact page to request an RMA number> Include a brief description of the issue or reason for return, this allows us to provide better products and meet customers expectations and will not influence issuing an RMA>Include your email and (optional) phone number for correspondence. Once you receive an RMA number> send the product back to VG Creatives to the address provided within the RMA email or correspondence. 

Customer must pay the return shipping fees unless otherwise stated in writing from VG Creatives, LLC to prior to the RMA being issued.

> Be sure to mark the package with the clearly identifiable RMA no. on the outside of the package>Place a copy of the RMA correspondence inside the package being returned along with a copy of your original sales receipt>once received, we will notify you of receipt of the returned product within 2 -4 business days>All refunds will be made paid through the purchaser’s original payment method>Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of the receipt of the returned item(s)* For returns due to manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship within the 90 day return window, you will have the option of replacement of the affected product with same or like product or a full refund of the purchase price.**For returns due to manufacturers defects in materials and workmanship after the 90 day return window, please see our warranty policy located at www.VGcreatives.com/support
